Scaling & Operations Manager
– Do you want to help scale sustainability capacity throughout the business sector – in Sweden and globally?
– Are scaling, sustainability, sales, structure and service mindedness among your superpowers?
We have entered "the decade of climate action". By 2030, global emissions must be halved compared to 2020 levels, or lower. And one morning, no later than 2050, you will wake up, maybe make yourself a cup of morning coffee, and the world's climate emissions should be zero.
The whole world economy should become completely climate neutral in just three decades, and it is we who must create the solutions that make such a rapid climate transition possible.
In the fall of 2021 Rebecka Carlsson is completing the launch of the books Exponential Climate Transition and Sustainable Business Canvas (in English and Swedish), together with online courses and tools, as well as keynote speeches and workshops for the business sector.
The first step for companies to be able to upgrade to sustainable business models is to get the knowledge and capacity they need. Since the emissions must be halved in the coming 10 years, this capacity upgrade must take place at scale in the coming 1-2 years.
The books, online courses etc. mentioned above aim to help realize this capacity upgrade, and we need help with scaling faster, as well as manage operations in relation to a rapidly growing demand.
What we’re looking for:
Are you highly competent in environmental sustainability?
Do you know how to strategize and execute spreading and sales at scale – in Sweden and globally?
Are you experienced in building online sales and marketing platforms and processes? (If yes, it’s a great advantage.)
Are you structured, great at leading yourself and enjoy building relations?
Then, perhaps you are the Scaling & Operations Manager we’re longing for!
The work will consist of:
Creating a scaling strategy and executing it, for the following target groups: established companies, entrepreneurs, incubators, consultants, board professionals, investors, universities etc. – in Sweden and globally.
Manage operations including bookings, email, phone, prep. meetings etc.
Project management in relation to digital and physical courses, speaking tours, external consultants etc.
If you are great at scaling / sales but not at operations / project management or vice versa, let us know and maybe we can create two positions instead of one.

Salary:
The salary can be constructed as a high percentage of sales, monthly salary or a combination of both, depending on your preferences and the final work description.
Salaries are paid as consulting fees to your own company.
